About the Role – Meritain Pharmacy Solutions Sales Enablement Consultant (Remote)
Meritain Pharmacy Solutions (MPS) is CVS Health’s dedicated pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) offering tailored, stand‑alone pharmacy solutions to employers, health plans, and brokers. As a Sales Enablement Consultant, you will be the connective tissue between our Pharmacy Sales team and prospective clients, driving new business opportunities from prospecting through onboarding. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily
- New‑Business Prospecting & RFP Management: Lead the facilitation of pharmacy‑centric Request‑for‑Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring all documentation, proposals, and responses align with MPS’s value proposition.
 - Pre‑Sales Collaboration: Participate in discovery calls, email threads, virtual meetings, and webinars with prospective clients, articulating how MPS can solve their unique pharmacy challenges.
 - Competitive Market Intelligence: Monitor PBM market trends, emerging competitors, and regulatory shifts; translate insights into action plans that keep MPS ahead of the curve.
 - Outreach & DRIP Campaign Execution: Design and implement strategic outreach programs (direct‑response, drip‑email, and social‑selling initiatives) to nurture relationships with pharmacy consultants, broker networks, and Rx vendor partners.
 - Internal Partnership Development: Build strong cross‑functional ties with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to synthesize enterprise assets and present cohesive proposals.
 - Education & Enablement: Conduct internal training sessions for client‑facing teams to ensure consistent delivery of MPS messaging, product knowledge, and compliance standards.
 - Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as proposal win rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline health; provide regular dashboards to senior leadership.
 - Strategic Feedback Loop: Leverage client and broker feedback to propose new product enhancements, pricing models, or service offerings that align with market demands.
 - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales enablement activities adhere to HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
 
Essential Qualifications – The Foundations You Bring
- Healthcare Administration, TPA, or PBM Experience: Minimum of 2 years working within a pharmacy benefit manager, third‑party administrator, or related health‑care administration environment.
 - Proposal Writing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, data‑driven proposals for RFPs, with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience.
 - High‑Pressure Adaptability: Proven record of thriving under tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and fast‑paced sales cycles.
 - Team‑Oriented Mindset: Comfortable collaborating across diverse functional groups to achieve shared goals.
 - Microsoft Office Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and Word (document formatting, mail merge, template creation).
