Position Overview

As a Remote Member Services Liaison, you will operate from a home‑based setting while supporting our Anaheim‑located member lounges and events. You’ll deliver concierge‑level assistance, manage food‑and‑beverage service, and ensure every interaction reflects Disney’s world‑renowned service standards. The role demands flexibility, physical stamina, and an unwavering commitment to safety and cleanliness. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations Leadership, Sales, Parks, and Resort partners to orchestrate seamless experiences for DVC members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Interaction: Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere in exclusive lounges and during member‑only events.
  • Concierge Services: Provide end‑to‑end assistance with My Disney Experience planning, park tickets, dining reservations, and any additional guest requests, acting as a trusted adviser.
  • Food & Beverage Oversight: Deliver, restock, and maintain high‑quality food and beverage offerings; ensure compliance with Disneyland Resort and state food‑safety regulations.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Follow Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical handling, adhere to sanitation protocols, and maintain immaculate lounge environments.
  • Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Operations Leadership, Sales, and Resort partners to coordinate schedules, event logistics, and member communications.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate personalized connections with members, remembering preferences and anticipating needs to foster loyalty.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Accept shift variations—including evenings, weekends, holidays, and call‑in coverage—to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

  • Minimum two years of guest‑service experience in hospitality, theme‑park, or related environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Disney Vacation Club® resorts, amenities, and Disney Parks & Resorts offerings.
