Sr. Specialist, Competitive Sales Skills
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Supports the creation and implementation of sales enablement materials that strengthen sales skills around Company products, services and promotions.
• Develops and implements sales enablement tactics that align with business objectives and promote competitive initiatives.
• Integrates competitive differentiators, opportunities, and threats into sales skills development programs, such as discovery, positioning, and handling objections.
• Designs and delivers competitive content via training decks, job aids, and other internal materials.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for competitive initiatives.
• Manages multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery of competitive projects.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas, technologies, and trends in content marketing and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.
