Job Overview

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for performing strategy development for client call centers and performance tracking, educating business lines, company-wide functions, and senior leadership on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other complex data to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within the client call centers and other operating norms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiency
  • Providing leadership in the identification and development of new analytics concepts and plans
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines and policies on all tasks performed
  • Delivering updates on project logs, monthly budget figures, and activities reviews
  • Assisting directors and leaders in building quarterly and annual plans and forecasting future drive needs for team members supported
  • Mentoring or supervising less experienced staff, students, and external contractors
  • Collaborating and communicating with peers, partners, and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives
  • Leading projects, teams, or acting as a peer coach

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • 5+ years of analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 5+ years of analytics consulting experience
  • SAS and/or SQL experience
  • Tableau or Power BI experience
  • Strong reporting and analysis experience
  • Experience with strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to leverage new data sources to understand the Contact Center data and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience working with other similar groups to gather best practices and implement them
