**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with our software. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform
* Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
* Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer support requests in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the blithequark platform
* Provide product training and guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of our software
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Document customer feedback and issues for continuous improvement
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest product features and industry trends
**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
* Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
