Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our health plan members, addressing their inquiries about our transportation services in a prompt and courteous manner. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish fluency being a significant plus. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives regarding transportation services offered through our health plan, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after-call survey, to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI), maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to the contact center leadership team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A High School degree or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development.
  • The ability to sit for 4 hours or more a day wearing a headset, with a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, and without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts.
  • A reliable computer with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, with moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word, facilitating effective communication and documentation.
  • The ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volumes, remaining composed and professional under pressure.
