Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents.
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, allowing for the build of a valid customs declaration.
• Verify documents received for import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with changes and updates in the industry.
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall performance and efficiency.
