**Job Summary:**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process calls from patients, gather information, and relay that information to our clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex calls and situations with ease and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive and process calls from patients, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with our clinicians to ensure that patients receive the care they need
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Work in a flexible and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
**Requirements:**
* 18+ years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday)
* Holidays required, paid at time + ½
* Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
* Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
* Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
