About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Verify Data: Review reports and data sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness, and verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data or combine data from various sources.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and maintain a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made.
  • Research and Analysis: Search for information on websites, analyze completed work for duplication or errors in content, and request further information for documents that are considered incomplete.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks on demand.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate typing skills and computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Intermediate Spreadsheet Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management systems and ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pivot Table Experience: Experience with pivot tables and ability to create and manage complex pivot tables.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Experience with CRM systems and ability to enter and manage customer data accurately and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management software and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or French.
