Position Summary

The Entry‑Level Corporate Communications Associate will serve as a critical support pillar for our client‑facing teams. You will assist senior strategists and account leads in crafting compelling stories, conducting media monitoring, researching market trends, and building early relationships with journalists. This role is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who have demonstrated a passion for corporate communications, a keen interest in financial markets, and the drive to thrive in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Story Development & Messaging: Collaborate with senior strategists to draft press releases, executive briefing materials, thought‑leadership articles, and social‑media content that align with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Media Monitoring & Intelligence: Track and analyze client media coverage using platforms such as Cision, TalkWalker, Zignal, and Bloomberg Terminal; generate daily and weekly reports highlighting sentiment, reach, and emerging trends.
  • Journalist Research & Relationship Building: Identify new publications, reporters, and columnists across national and trade outlets; maintain a curated database of media contacts and assist in outreach campaigns.
  • Research & Data Collection: Conduct background research on industries, competitors, and regulatory environments to support client proposals, pitch decks, and crisis response plans.
  • Social Media & Digital Distribution: Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry‑specific platforms to amplify client messages, monitor engagement metrics, and suggest optimization tactics.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate logistics for client events, earnings calls, and media briefings, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas for campaign concepts, and support cross‑functional initiatives across corporate PR, investor relations, and crisis communications.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Finance, Political Science, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and style.
