Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
  • Enter required grant data accurately into our database system, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, upholding the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
  • Ensure the required security of student data in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), demonstrating a commitment to protecting sensitive information.
  • Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting, and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving business outcomes.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and adaptability skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance student success.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, basic word processing, organizing digital files and materials, preparing mailings, and assisting with filing.

Qualifications and Requirements
