Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Social Media Customer Support Specialist, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional fan experiences across our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media customer support strategies to ensure exceptional fan experiences across all blithequark brands and streaming services
 - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns via social media, email, and other channels
 - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing the customer experience
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
 - Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our social media customer support strategies
 
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, social media management, or a related field
 - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service via social media and other channels
 - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, and mParticle
 - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the streaming services industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies
 - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
