  • Handle flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details such as spa, tour, and dinner reservations, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Correspond with clients about their preferences, arranging surprises, welcome notes, and notifying hotels of preferences before departure, showcasing your creativity and personal touch.
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure, demonstrating your organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Assist with internal coordination and distribute necessary information, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Manage client profiles and bookings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
