Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat in a professional and courteous manner
 - Provide prompt and efficient issue resolution, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
 - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance
 - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
 - Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
 - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communication
 - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
 - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Experience using customer support software, such as Gorgias, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of business
 - Experience with remote work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
