About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Chat/Text Agent to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about the company, our products, website, handouts, and other health information.
• Send possible leads to the New Sales Team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Send tickets to the correct departments to ensure efficient issue resolution and minimize customer wait times.
• Support the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
• Support customers in placing their first order, providing guidance and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Successfully train and drill with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one's highest potential, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in customer support.
• Attend all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly to stay informed, share knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
