We are a vital partner for health solutions in the public sector, and we are proud to serve state and federal healthcare agencies, providers, and employers. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Dental Reviewer, Supervisor to join our team in a remote work arrangement within Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will oversee dental staff performing Utilization Management (UM) Reviews for Medicaid Members in accordance with the goals of the Arkansas Department of Human Services Performance-based Contract with Acentra Health. You will plan, organize, and direct the work activity of the review team, consistent with organizational policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Dental Reviewer, Supervisor, you will be responsible for: * Assuring accuracy and timeliness of all dental reviews within contract requirements * Assessing, evaluating, and addressing daily workload and review queues; adjusting work schedules daily to meet the workload demands of the department * Analyzing the productivity of reviewers * Identifying clinical staff orientation and continuous learning needs and, in collaboration with the Clinical Director and Program Director, developing and implementing plans to address those identified learning needs * Performing Annual Performance review of direct reports * In collaboration with the Program Director, responsible for the quality monitoring activities, including identifying areas of improvement and plan implementation of improvement areas * Maintaining current knowledge base related to review processes and clinical practices related to the processes and functions as the initial resource to assigned clinical staff regarding all review process questions and/or concerns * Performing all applicable review types as workload indicates * Fostering positive and professional relationships and acting as liaison with internal and external customers to ensure effective working relationships and team building to facilitate the review process * Attending training and scheduled meetings for maintenance and use of current/updated information for review * Cross-training to perform duties of other contracts within Acentra Health to provide a flexible workforce to meet client/customer needs **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A Registered/Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Arkansas * A Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program * 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in a dental setting * Supervisory experience * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills * Medical record abstracting skills * Excellent verbal/written communication skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Flexibility and strong organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office and internet/web navigation **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Previous staff workload management experience * Experience with State Medicaid Dental programs * Utilization Management/Clinical Review experience **Why Join Our Team?** At Acentra Health, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that is committed to empowering better health outcomes.
