About the Role: Contract Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Contract Customer Service Representative to join our member services team. As the voice of Garner, you will engage with our members via phone, chat, and email, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate our program and find the right healthcare solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to our members through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits
- Follow established best practices for handling member inquiries, identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
- Effectively manage and organize your workload using our platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
- Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
- Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solution and services
