Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or related field. You should also have at least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be a US Citizen. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingualism in Spanish is highly desirable.

Essential Qualifications
