About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team

Our blithequark work-from-home team has 40 preferred residency states, and we're currently hiring from across the United States, excluding AK, CA, HI, and certain regions. If you're a resident of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Washington, D.C., we encourage you to apply, as we consider candidates from these areas based on special business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. Your role will involve answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers, and resolving issues with compassion and a smile. You'll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

A Typical Day in the Life

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Consult with customers on products and services, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Computer savvy, with proficiency in software applications and technology

The Equipment You'll Need

To work remotely with blithequark, you'll need:

  • Internet speed of 15 Mbps or higher, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended
  • A USB wired headset, although you may be able to use an existing headset (except for Bluetooth headsets)
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (such as an iPad) for daily log-in and work activities
