About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a 2nd Shift Position as a Virtual Scheduling and Customer Service Agent. As a Perceptionist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business, and driving growth for our clients. This is a work-from-home position, requiring you to have your own computer and a reliable internet connection. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Make a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
  • Quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, utilizing active listening skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make a great first impression on the phone and in person
  • Office experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is a plus
