Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Credit and Fraud Risk Management team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven, decision-making, and high-impact overall loss provision forecasts and credit-risk-related insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data models to forecast credit risk and overall loss provision
  • Perform in-depth data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Collections, Marketing, and Finance, to drive credit-related analytical insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing business decisions and strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging risks, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and mitigate risk
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including external vendors and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of the company's financial planning process, providing input on metrics that impact overall loss provision

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, fraud risk management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and extract insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, SAS, Hive, Python, and Power-BI
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data tools, such as Hadoop, PIG/HIVE, is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a master's or Ph.D.
  • Professional certifications, such as FRM, CFA, or CPA
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
