Delivery Deployment Coordinator - Learning & Development
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Support the L&D Program manager to successfully implement the Learning & Development strategy by deploying the training calendar in line with regional priorities.
• Manage partner relationships with curriculum leads/managers, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
• Update Regional Delivery Calendar, track enrollment and proactively provide programs status updates to help flag potential issues and drive participation.
• Program planning through to event management - including course set up, invites (if applicable), securing venues (internal/external), securing facilitator and leaders, gather participant feedback.
• End to end Workday/LMS management - course set-up, attendance reconciling and reporting.
• Facilitate learning programs and prepare facilitators/business leaders to deliver content.
• Host and/or produce virtual sessions and support the co-ordination of on-site delivery.
• Manage external providers and secure feedback from learners and collaborators.
• Write clear, concise and accurate learning communications.
• Tracking of program costs.
• Process invoices and manage Coupa and vendor set-up requests.
• Ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy.
• Update training materials in conjunction with content creators.
• Update and create deployment processes where needed.
• Support other Learning and Development team members by sharing knowledge and providing training when required.
Requirements
• Proven experience and success training others, and facilitating trainings, in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills with the ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Learning Management System (LMS) and Measurement Tools (Workday and Perceptyx preference).
• Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data.
