Schedule and Work Environment

At blithequark, we offer flexible work schedule options to ensure that you can balance your work and personal life. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that works best for you. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a quiet, secure, and organized work environment, with a minimum of 8GB RAM, a wired USB headset, and high-speed wired internet. You will also need to have a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed and a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work.

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor for blithequark, your contract earnings will vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.
