**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Financial Solutions Specialist (Manchester)**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in providing empathy, support, and guidance to help them achieve the best possible outcome. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, investigate complex financial situations, and provide personalized solutions that address their specific needs. **What You'll Do:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers experiencing financial difficulties, offering tailored solutions such as affordable repayment plans to help them get back on track.
* Make and receive calls from customers, managing a variety of customer accounts, including car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages, and mobile phone services.
* Investigate customer debt and provide personalized, customer-focused service by being transparent and delivering tailored solutions to reduce overall customer debt.
* Ensure compliance with all outcomes and activities held within the Consumer Duty regulation, driving fair outcomes for customers.
* Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 20:00), with one in three Saturdays (08:30 to 16:30), with varied shift patterns that will be discussed with you.
* Easily commute to our Manchester office, where you'll be office-based for the duration of your induction (circa 8 weeks) and for a period of time after, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.

* A positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm, with a passion for making a real difference in people's lives.
* Customer service experience, whether face-to-face or in a call centre environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers.
* The ability to make decisions and connect with people from all walks of life, with a strong sense of empathy and understanding.
* Proficiency in using different systems to accurately reflect conversations and outcomes.
* The resilience to deal with sensitive or challenging conversations, complaints, and have the ability to bounce back from them.
* Good numeracy and English literacy skills to help break down complex financial products and solutions, enabling you to communicate clearly with customers.
