**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members, answering phone calls in a timely manner, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for interpreting client health plan protocol, providing accurate and timely handling of client and member calls, and maintaining accurate and complete call documentation. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to clients and members
* Interpret client health plan protocol and provide accurate and timely handling of client and member calls
* Maintain accurate and complete call documentation
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Backup to the claims processing area by assisting with reports and workflow queues as assigned
* Check tracer documentation
* Return incoming calls
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume healthcare call center required
* Knowledge of healthcare claims review or processing required
* Health Care/Health insurance background required
* Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
* Use of multiple systems including Teams and Excel, Jira is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8am to 6pm Central time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience

* The base pay range for this role is between $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
