**The Role of a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark**
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions
* Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing personalized interactions that make them feel valued and appreciated

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
