You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve complex issues, provide expert advice, and drive business growth. This is a remote data entry position, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process customs trade documentation, including import and export declarations, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including customs laws, trade agreements, and industry standards * Work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve complex issues, provide expert advice, and drive business growth * Process organization financier shipments, including preparation and submission of customs documentation * May handle distant filings, including preparation and submission of customs documentation * Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, including adherence to company policies and procedures * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders * Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and initiatives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, logistics, or business administration * HS Certificate or GED required * No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * Data entry/keyboard experience required * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Familiarity with Viewpoint and other relevant software applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments **Preferred Qualifications** * Industry experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field * Familiarity with customs laws, trade agreements, and industry standards * Experience working with government agencies, including customs and border protection * Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures * Familiarity with trade agreements, including NAFTA, WTO, and other relevant agreements * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams * Familiarity with customs laws, trade agreements, and industry standards * Experience working with government agencies, including customs and border protection * Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures * Familiarity with trade agreements, including NAFTA, WTO, and other relevant agreements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
