**The Role**
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of blithequark's customer support team, engaging in online conversations with customers, and representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace, free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment
**Requirements:**
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
* Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
