Key Responsibilities

As a Wireless Sales and Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Basic math skills, including ability to calculate discounts, pricing, and commissions

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the wireless industry
  • Knowledge of wireless products and services, including plans, features, and pricing
  • Experience working in a retail environment, including meeting sales targets and achieving performance goals
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to learn and use new software and systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages spoken in the local community

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
