Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of key security capabilities, including secure design, security requirements, threat modeling, and application security posture management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of Data Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 5+ years of Application Security Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Assurance
• Strong understanding of application security risks, including OWASP Top 10 and SANS/CWE Top 25
• Experience with programming languages, such as Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, or other modern OOP languages
• Experience with automated application security testing tools, including Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST) and Software Composition Analysis (SCA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Assurance
• Relevant security certifications, such as OSCP/OSEP/OSWE, CEH/LPT, CPT/CEPT, CASS, CASE, CMWAPT, CRTOP, or GIAC
