Job Summary

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide comprehensive patient care to individuals by handling and accurately dispensing medication orders, administering vaccinations, and counseling individuals on healthcare and medication needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential information, controlled substances, and required documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care to individuals by handling and accurately dispensing medication orders, administering vaccinations, and counseling individuals on healthcare and medication needs
• Maintain confidential information, controlled substances, and required documentation, as well as ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations
• Model, uphold, and provide guidance and direction to partners on appropriate customer service approaches and procedures to ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are effectively resolved within company guidelines and standards
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by investigating and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, supervising security, operational, and quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing action plans, and providing guidance and direction on implementing company programs and strategic initiatives
• Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, as well as uphold Walmart's commitment to communities, civil rights, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Pharmacy license (by work entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
