**Experienced Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics**

You'll work closely with our designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive project execution. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop business cases for new initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop business cases for new initiatives * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to drive growth * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project execution * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project scope statements, and ensure project deliverables meet business needs * Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure successful project execution and delivery of business outcomes **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 4+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams * Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision making * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts, including cloud computing, big data, and data warehousing * Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders * Experience with cloud infrastructure and data analytics tools, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Tableau * Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality concepts * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop business recommendations **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical program management skills, with the ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop business recommendations * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts, including cloud computing, big data, and data warehousing * Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall * Strong data analysis and data visualization skills, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
