Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, including but not limited to: * Entering data into our database management system * Verifying data for accuracy and completeness * Resolving data discrepancies and errors * Maintaining data integrity and security * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key areas: * Data Entry: Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and efficiency. * Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies or errors. * Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and security by following established protocols and procedures. * Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful as a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of database management systems and software applications. * Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems, such as Oracle or SQL. * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity. * Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: * Long-term Postgraduate Education: Master's degree in a related field, such as human resource management or business administration. * HR Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. * Technical Skills: Experience with technical software applications, such as HRIS or payroll systems.
