Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Night Shift Store Lead to join our team in India. As a Night Shift Store Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store during the night shift, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Opens and shuts down the store without store executives, including all necessary frameworks, new companies, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stockroom are prepared for the workday. Responsible for opening indirect access of store for deliveries.
  • Completes item returns, request voids, customer discounts, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as mentioned to sales registers.
  • Models and conveys an unmistakable and superb customer experience.
  • Draws in customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services. Settles customer issues and answers questions to guarantee a positive customer experience.

Essential Capabilities
