About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to join our team at blithequark. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams within your assigned territory, fostering a culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and driving exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives, ensuring alignment with blithequark's overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region's clinical consultant team members to ensure seamless execution of sales and clinical strategies.
  • Direct sales performance in the specified region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop top talent through proactive performance management, ensuring that your team has the skills and expertise needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving medical device landscape.
  • Develop and execute strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to inform your approach.
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across blithequark, ensuring that the needs of the sales team are understood and addressed, and that sales strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects, utilizing your expertise and market knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
