Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging voice of the customer methods to transform data within our cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver innovative solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing
- Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, with experience working in an environment where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including dating managers/product owners, to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
