Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage schedules with the ability to plan and prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, collaborate with other team members, and stay ahead of the curve to maintain efficiency
  • Handle travel arrangements (international and domestic) and make regular updates on a case-by-case basis
  • Manage leaders' expenses and ensure timely reimbursement
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple weekly and ad-hoc meetings
  • Communicate with key internal and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Represent the team in a positive and professional manner to individuals outside the organization
  • Support various company events and activities
  • Act as a backup for other Administrative Assistants as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with Wayfair's products and services
  • Knowledge of administrative software and systems
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
