Role Overview: Outside Insurance Sales Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Outside Insurance Sales Associates. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely within Arkansas, leveraging your sales skills to drive insurance sales both from your home office and in the field. As an Outside Insurance Sales Associate, you will be the face of Allstate, educating customers about their insurance options, generating leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and Utilize Personal Lines License: Educate customers about their insurance options. If you don't have a license, don't worry! We provide support from day one to help you obtain it.
  • Generate and Close Leads: Make outbound calls and meet face-to-face with prospects to generate and close leads, spending time in the field to network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop Creative Engagement Strategies: Build rapport with prospective customers and develop innovative ways to engage them, achieving your sales goals through a customer-centric approach.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Participate in several weeks of formal training and ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as an Outside Insurance Sales Associate, you should possess:

  • At Least 2 Years of Sales Experience: Preferably with a focus on lead generation, demonstrating your ability to drive results and close sales.
  • Personal Lines Insurance License: Obtain or hold an active license in your state of residence, with our support if you're newly joining the industry.
  • Strong Work Ethic and Commitment: A proven track record of achieving goals and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Zoom, WebEx, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other productivity applications.
