Job Summary

We're urgently hiring a Virtual Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule virtual meetings to discuss their needs.
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Location: Must reside in New York.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
  • Personal qualities: Self-motivated, ambitious, and organized, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
