Learn more about Amanecer: amanecerla.org/ About The Role Under the guidance of the Wraparound Program Manager, the Wraparound Program Supervisor will ensure the daily operations of the Wraparound program are being followed, working closely with other departments and leaders as needed. • Hiring, interviewing and supporting new hires • Providing day-to-day support for the Wrap team • Monitoring caseloads, productivity and workflow • Partnering with the Clinical Training Manager to address training needs and opportunities • Collaborating with the Program Manager to meet contractual and budgetary obligations • Nurturing positive partnerships with DMH contacts and community partners • Carrying a small caseload, modeling trauma-informed care, work quality, and accountability to the team • Participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled, traveling into the community, providing transportation to clients if staff are unavailable WHAT MAKES A GREAT PROGRAM SUPERVISOR? • know first-hand what it means to be in a crisis, on-call, field-based program and is ready to adapt to all kinds of settings • trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, • deeply committed to working with multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, low-income populations, • invested in team growth and culture, and eager to develop their own leadership skills, • wants to be a role model to their team on how to manage their licensure and continuing education, • experienced in following-through on tight deadlines because they know their staff and clients are relying on them! Minimum Qualifications • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field required. • Active ACSW/AMFT/APCC in good standing and working towards completion of hours. Ideal candidates will have about half or more of their clinical hours completed. • Must be in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences. • CA Driver License required and the ability to travel into the community and support transportation of clients if needed. • Spanish Speaking highly preferred.
