Position Overview

Austin, TX (Remote – open to Austin and nearby areas)
• Schedule:
6–10 hours per week, flexible hours
• Compensation: $500–$800 bi-weekly
• Work Type: 100% remote, part-time
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process payroll documentation
• Coordinate distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials
• Maintain accurate payroll and transaction records
• Support internal reporting and financial tracking
• Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and file organization
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Ideal Candidate
• Based in or near Austin, TX
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Prior payroll or administrative experience is a plus but not required
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
