You'll work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-layered data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform our content strategy. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a love of media and entertainment, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-layered data sets to inform business decisions * Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions * Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation * Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python * Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Good TO-HAVES** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * An enthusiasm for media and entertainment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $27/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and media and entertainment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
