You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including finance, legal, and business development teams, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote work position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media and entertainment. • *Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain content valuation models to inform our content strategy across Disney-controlled DTC services • Conduct data-driven research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement • Collaborate with finance partners to identify and implement process efficiencies and improve the quality of ascriptions • Curate and organize large datasets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes • Regularly track and maintain content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the development of new ideas and strategies across the organization • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization • *Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or research role, preferably in the media and entertainment industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • *Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working with large datasets and scientific tools, with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis • Familiarity with content valuation and licensing models, with a strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline • *Skills and Competencies** • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline • *Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Analyst, Content Valuation, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about media and entertainment.
