Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and support Genesys Cloud Self Service IVR, Bot Flow, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns, and handle day-to-day requirements for Genesys Cloud Development (non-ACD). You will work closely with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR, and NLU applications
- Maintaining add-on applications and API services
- Analyzing business requirements and designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring Genesys Cloud applications
- Collaborating with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
- Driving requirements using input documents such as Meetings, BRD, Jira, and Service Now ticketing system
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, integration, and training documents)
- Staying updated with the latest Genesys Cloud announcements, releases, and features
- Working in U.S. Eastern Time hours
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows, Genesys Scripting, ASR, NLU, AI Bot Flows, and Cloud Dialer Campaigns
- Experience with Kore.ai and/or Cognigy integration is preferred
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, fix, and track Genesys Cloud IVR/Scripting/UI issues
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL
- Experience in integration with connectors for SalesForce and Oracle is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Certification in Genesys Cloud is required
- U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be able to work full-time in the United States
- Candidate would need to pass Federal security checks as required by the client
