As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a lasting impact. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for: * **Designing and Implementing Omnichannel Customer Experiences**: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints, including store operations, online platforms, and mobile apps. * **Analyzing and Improving CX Streams**: Break down existing customer experience streams at various touchpoints, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer journey. * **Driving Personalization and Loyalty**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. * **Leading Cross-Functional Teams**: Partner with product, field, and analytics teams to develop and execute experiments, analyze results, and implement improvements to customer experiences. * **Managing and Coordinating Field Tests**: Oversee the execution of field tests, ensure timely completion, and provide feedback to stakeholders. * **Communicating with Stakeholders**: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and other cross-functional teams. * **Tracking Progress and Reporting**: Establish and maintain metrics to track progress, develop reporting structures, and provide insights to stakeholders. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field** * **7+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related field**, with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or omnichannel environments * **5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in store environments** * **Proven ability to influence and build consensus through partner management** * **Deep understanding of retail operations and experience working with partners in stores** * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders * **Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects** * **Certification in project management or related field** * **Experience with Lithe techniques and project management tools** **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that includes: * **Competitive salary** * **Performance-based bonuses and incentives** * **Comprehensive benefits**, including medical, vision, and dental insurance * **401(k) matching and stock purchase plan** * **Paid time off**, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * **Live Better U**, a Walmart-paid training benefit program for full-time and part-time employees * **Extra compensation**, including quarterly performance rewards and stock options **Join Our Team** If you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
