Our company culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team and lead the development and launch of our conversational AI and live chat support products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape our conversational AI platform, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and launch of our conversational AI and live chat support products, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape our platform and drive business growth * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product directors to develop and refine our conversational AI platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction * Influence client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Work with center product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying ways to improve the experience * Analyze execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and plan clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly * Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning client stories to the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value * Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that they align with business objectives and customer needs * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and business growth **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products that exceed customer expectations * Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven product suggestions * Experience working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure * Experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * Experience working with conversational AI and live chat support platforms, including Dialogflow and Rasa * Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, including containerization and orchestration * Experience working with DevOps tools, including Jenkins and Docker * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment * Experience working with data science tools, including Python and R **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive business growth through innovative product development * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven product suggestions * Experience working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure * Experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment * Experience working with data science tools, including Python and R **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
