Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales and Checkout: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
- Customer Service Best Practices: Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Operations: Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, take inventory, and implement company asset protection procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop working knowledge of store systems, equipment, and products to provide excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications
