The Mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and Resolve Complex Fraud Cases: Use cutting-edge investigation tools to solve complex fraud cases, analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones.
  • Collaborate with Elite Fraud Prevention Team: Work closely with our elite fraud prevention team to stay one step ahead of emerging fraud trends and make the gaming world safer for everyone.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze data to identify patterns and anomalies, and interpret results to determine the root cause of suspicious activities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest developments in fraud prevention, gaming, and technology to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain Composure under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and focus when facing challenges and tight deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and support.
  • Technical Support Experience: 1+ year of technical support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and speak 'tech'.
  • Gaming Knowledge: Active gaming experience, with a strong understanding of the player's world (League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!).
  • Network Troubleshooting Abilities: Network troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to manage your own network and devices.
  • Quick Learning Capabilities: Quick learning capabilities for new software and tools, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and determine effective solutions.
  • English Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fraud Prevention Experience: Experience in fraud prevention, with a strong understanding of fraud detection and investigation techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical skills such as network troubleshooting, data analysis, and software applications.
  • Gaming Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of gaming platforms, trends, and technologies.
