Key Responsibilities

- Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, as well as other communication channels such as email and live chat as needed.
- Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Recording detailed notes of customer communication to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution.
- Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current and up-to-date.
- Creating lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner that demonstrates their value.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner.
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Recording and documenting customer interactions, inputting necessary data, and keeping records to identify trends for escalation.
- Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible for our customers.
- Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions.
