About the Role
As a Merchant Services Group Leader at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in our Merchant Services organization, reporting directly to our Merchant Services Manager. This specialist-level individual contributor role involves not only demonstrating best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, and metrics monitoring but also leading other individual contributors through coaching and providing day-to-day functional support. This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour workday, offering a competitive hourly salary of $26.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and academic achievements.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an office environment, where you've honed your skills in customer service, issue resolution, and potentially leadership.
